Entrepreneurial Leadership, Supply Chain Innovation, and Adaptability: A Cross-national Investigation

This study investigates the effects of entrepreneurial leadership on supply chain innovation and adaptability. Based theoretical foundations upper echelon theory dynamic capability theory, it also assesses mediating role played by in relationship between Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was performed survey data collected from 139 firms Sudan, Japan, China. The results reveal that had positive adaptability despite varying business environments. provided interesting findings regarding moderating as a mediator stress importance for firms’ across nations.
